The design
Plinth is designed as a quiet architectural object, defined by proportion, balance, and restraint. Every detail is considered to ensure the form sits comfortably within its surroundings, enhancing a space without overpowering it.
Materials
Each Plinth is constructed from thick, non-toxic fibreglass, chosen for strength, longevity, and water safety. The material is UV-stable, weather-resistant, and specifically developed to support living water year-round.
Filters, Pumps, Lighting
All filtration and pumping components are fully integrated within the form, concealed from view and engineered to operate quietly and efficiently. Everything required for a living water system is built in, with no visible add-ons or external equipment.

Our Founding Collection is the first production run. Owners receive direct, personal support from us throughout their first season, from positioning advice to planting guidance and living water care.

WHY PLINTH EXISTS
Plinth started with a simple problem. Our daughter loves fish. We wanted to give her something she could watch, enjoy, and call her own, but everything we found was either cheap plastic that wouldn't last a season or meant digging up half the garden.
We wanted something that looked like it belonged. Something quiet, considered, and well-made that would sit alongside our outdoor space without taking over. A raised pond she could peer into, next to where we sit as a family, not buried in a corner behind a fence.
We couldn't find it anywhere. So we designed it.
Three Sizes. One Considered Proportion.
120 for smaller, contained spaces where proportion matters and presence is needed without visual weight.
180 for balanced, versatile gardens and patios, a comfortable centrepiece that sits confidently without dominating. Our most popular size.
240 for larger landscapes and architectural settings where scale, rhythm, and intent shape the space.
All share the same height and depth. Only the length changes, so proportion always feels intentional.
