WARRANTY & ASSURANCE
BUILT FOR PERMANENT OUTDOOR USE
Designed and manufactured for long-term, year-round outdoor placement, with indoor use considered only in suitable architectural settings. Each unit is constructed, assembled, and tested as a complete system before dispatch. Our warranty is intended to provide reassurance around build quality and system reliability, while reflecting the nature of a made-to-order architectural object.
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All Plinth units are supplied with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty covering the structural body — the GRP form itself.
- The Plinth structural body
All integrated technology components are supplied with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty, covering:
- Integrated filtration system
- Pump and circulation components
- Integrated fountain element (where applicable)
- Integrated light
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults under normal, intended use.
WHAT THE WARRANTY COVERS
The warranty applies where an issue arises due to:
- Structural failure of the Plinth body
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Failure of integrated system components supplied by Plinth
If a covered issue occurs, Plinth, through the manufacturers, will, at its discretion:
- Repair the affected component
- Replace the affected component
- Replace the unit where repair is not feasible
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and cosmetic ageing
- Changes caused by weathering, water chemistry, or environmental conditions
- Damage caused by incorrect placement or unsupported surfaces
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, or modification
- Damage caused by freezing, where guidance has not been followed
- Plant or fish loss
- Third-party electrical issues or power supply faults
Plinth supplies the object and the integrated system. We're always happy to advise on planting and fish, though these fall outside the warranty.
MADE-TO-ORDER & RETURNS
Plinth is a made-to-order architectural object.
For this reason:
- Returns for change of mind are not offered
- Customers are encouraged to review size, placement, and access guidance carefully before ordering
If a unit arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

The system is intentionally overspecified to keep maintenance low and water clarity high, whether used as a living water object or a simple water feature.
Each unit is tested before dispatch, so it arrives ready to place, fill, plug in, and use.
